Description Position Summary: The Outreach Coordinator plays a key role in connecting individuals and families in Elgin and surrounding communities to vital social services and resources. This position is responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies, building strong relationships with community partners, and increasing awareness of the organization’s programs among underserved and hard-to-reach populations. The ideal candidate is community-centered, culturally responsive, and passionate about advancing equity and access to services. This position will end on June 30, 2026. Key Responsibilities: Community Outreach & Engagement: - Plan and conduct outreach activities throughout Elgin and neighboring communities, including community events, tabling, workshops, and presentations. - Serve as a trusted representative of the organization in the community. - Engage community partners and community members in a respectful, culturally responsive manner to assess needs and connect them to appropriate services.
