Job Summary: The Engineering Analyst is responsible for projects which vary widely in technical complexity and project timeframes. Assisting Engineers with new equipment specification and installation, in-house equipment design and fabrication, process upgrade and automation, facility upgrades, tool & die support, maintenance, and process manufacturing workflows. Essential Job Functions: - Promote safety and continuous improvement throughout the facility in order to achieve overall business objectives and goals. - Work closely with production team to identify opportunities for improvement in the production process to improve worker safety and process efficiency. - Review of manufacturing processes for cost control and manufacturing flexibility. - Analyze equipment capabilities and limitations in order to methodically improve processes. - Process manufacturing workflows in SAP for quotes, new parts, and new sizes by reviewing engineering drawings and assigning accurate routing times aligned with process requirements and production ca...
