The role is responsible for the management and development of the Credit Union’s Fraud Risk Data Analysts, fraud risk data, and processes used to store and analyze both member and operational transaction data related to loss mitigation. What you'll do: - Lead Fraud Risk Data Analysts and Loss Mitigation organization in the gathering, validating, developing and reporting of fraud-related data - Create standards for the team, data extracts, analysis, reports, etc. as well as associated internal policies and procedures - Provide Loss Mitigation team member training to maximize employee understanding and usage - Work with other business units to validate data i...
