Position Summary: The Rental Partner Coordinator (RPC) is responsible for leasing or subleasing units for the agency’s Transition in Place (TIP) programs including Family TIP and the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP) joint Transitional Housing / Rapid Re-Housing (TH-RRH) model. These programs provide flexible, scattered-site affordable housing to help individuals and families exit homelessness.
