Overview: The WFM Solution Architect provides end-to-end solution architecture for Workforce Management capabilities across the HR Digital Platform, including Workday Time & Absence, labor scheduling, payroll integrations, and downstream systems. The role is the single point of architectural accountability for WFM, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with enterprise architecture and governance standards in a highly regulated U.S. environment.
