Parts Interpreter The Parts Interpreter's primary role is to generate parts sales to internal and external customers whilst maintaining good customer relationships. Additionally, the role involves responding to customer enquiries and assisting the customer to enable a positive and successful outcome to be achieved. Key Tasks: - Attending to internal & external enquiries, and either by way of counter sales, email or via phone enquiries. - Exceptional Customer Service - Inventory Control, including scheduling and executing regular stock takes on both the main warehouse along with the Field Service Technicians vans. - Packing and shipping of orders - General warehousing duties - Replenishment of Field Service Technicians van stock - Provide quotes to the Service Department to assist with customer repair quotes - Building an effective and positive relationship with all customers. What you'll need to succeed: - 3+ years Previous Spare Parts experience is highly regarded - Forklift Industry experience an advantage - Excellent Communication - Good mechanical skills - Forklift License preferred not essential - Microsoft Office - Baseplan software experience preferred - Self-motivation and...
