Overview Apogee is seeking a Senior Director to lead the Warfighting Acquisition Transformation for High-Performance Center (WATCH). The Senior Director of WATCH serves as the Apogee’s principal authority on acquisition transformation, responsible for establishing, leading, and scaling our corporate center of excellence that drives faster, more operationally relevant acquisition outcomes. This role blends senior executive leadership, acquisition expertise, thought leadership, digital innovation, and internal influence. This is a full-time position located at Apogee’s Beavercreek, Ohio corporate office, with up to 50% telework flexibility. Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: - Establish WATCH’s strategic direction, priorities, and operating model. - Serve as senior advisor to Apogee leadership on acquisition reform trends and implications. - Define measurable outcomes for WATCH aligned to company strategy and customer impact.
