Job description
The Lafayette 148’s internship program provides rising juniors, seniors and recently-graduated college students the opportunity to gain valuable experience working at a luxury fashion brand. During the program, interns will gain meaningful exposure to the business through hands-on learning, team projects, mentorship and exposure to executive leaders. Lafayette 148 is committed to providing in-depth learning opportunities for our interns so that they gain usable, real-life experience in their area of focus. All internships are in-person at our home office located at The Brooklyn Navy Yard. Responsibilities by Department: Buying (4 days a week): Trim & Tech Design (4 days a week) Supply Chain / Operations (4 days a week) - Assist in pulling weekly, monthly, and seasonal reporting - Help build seasonal training tools for stores and AD; support retail trunk shows - Weekly store fill-ins and replenishment needs - Help field regular store correspondence - Sample & Fit Management: Lead the end-to-end sample lifecycle by tracking shipments, receipts, and returns, while assisting with fitting setup, photography, and detailed documentation. - Technical Documentation & Design Support: Maintai...
