Position Summary: Supervises the Workers' Compensation team. Assists Workers' Compensation Director with process improvements, employee training and development. Diagnoses issues within the department and devises resolution tactics. Duties and Responsibilities: - Supervises the Workers' Compensation Department or a group of employees in the department and performs all supervisory responsibilities described below. Identifies, manages, and resolves employee performance and disciplinary issues.
