JOB PURPOSE: Our bakers are Passionate , take Pride in the craftsmanship of all Polly’s products. Maintains integrity of the Polly’s Brand through commitment to deliver quality in production of our goods and recipes. Maintain Polly’s standards of Fresh , Friendly , Above and Beyond Expectations . JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Prepare products using all methods, established portions, and recipes for baking preparation. - Manages daily production and communication of product counts with Coaching team. - Prepare breakfast items for bake including quiche, cinnamon rolls, muffins, etc. - Prepare and bake bread items including loaves, buns, rolls, cookies, etc. - Daily preparation of seasonal fresh fruit for pies and toppings. - Clean all bake related machines, workstations, transit trays, and instruments too large for dishwasher. - Responsible to properly label, organize and rotate bake ingredients in freeze and storage areas; Rotates bake inventory (merchandise and product supplies) to maintain freshness and quality, make products fresh daily. - Receive orders, check invoices, and put deliveries away as needed. - Prepare kitchen for the day including making sure everything is secure, lightin...
