Job description

Summary Modify, service, repair, and overhaul aircraft to ensure airworthiness. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Has intermediate knowledge of all areas of the aircraft and assigned work area. - Accurately interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, wire diagrams, system schematics, drawings, engineering orders and other documents from both the client and Greenpoint. - Modify, repair, replace, or otherwise perform routine aircraft maintenance work in specialized area of aircraft. - Properly utilize and maintain Avionics hand tools to perform repairs and installations. - Accurately document work performed as set forth by Greenpoint and customer maintenance programs daily using the standard format. Prepare routine reports and correspondence. - Fabricate wire bundles and assemblies per drawings and standard practices to include marking of wires, properly securing wires into bundles, and termination of wires into a variety of contacts and connectors. - Troubleshoot issues, replace, or repair parts, test, making necessary adjustments. - Operate ground support equipment e.g. GPUs, Hi-Reach, etc. as required. - Operate test equipment e.g. Pitot Static Cart, Navigation test s...
