Job description

Meta is seeking a Director, Global Enterprise Sales Operations to lead our most critical centralized initiatives across Payments, Deal Negotiation, Services Sales and Strategic Regional Execution. This executive leader will sit at the intersection of business development and operational excellence, specifically tasked with scaling centralized functions within Meta’s Enterprise Sales Specialist organization for Business Messaging and Agentic AI solutions. In this role, you will build and scale an AI native centralized operational system to drive revenue. You will execute the vision, roadmap, and revenue goals, bridging the gap between high-level business strategy and deep technical execution (CRM/ERP integrations, Agentic AI, and API ecosystems).
