Job Description: The New York Post is seeking a Manager, Human Resources Business Partner , based in Los Angeles, California. This is an important role supporting leaders across the newsroom and commercial functions, helping execute strategies for a fast-moving, high-profile media organization. Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will partner closely with leaders and employees to support organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee engagement, and culture initiatives. This role requires strong judgment, adaptability, and the ability to operate effectively in a performance driven, deadline-oriented environment. You will bring a practical, solutions-focused mindset and collaborate closely with HR colleagues and corporate partners to ensure alignment, consistency, and application of best practices.
