Position Summary The Beverage Equipment Manager is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, repair, and lifecycle management of beverage dispensing equipment This role ensures all equipment operates efficiently, meets safety standards, and supports business operations across locations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations of beverage equipment across all assigned locations - Coordinate installation, removal, and relocation of beverage systems - Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance and repairs - Monitor P&L and work to keep spend on or below targeted budget - Supervise and support technicians or third-party service providers - Oversee the control inventory of parts, tools, and equipment - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations - Track equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacements - Manage vendor relationships and service contracts - Control budgets related to maintenance, repairs, and capital expenditures - Train staff on proper equipment use and basic troubleshooting Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, or related field (preferred) - 3–7 years of experience in equipment maintenance...
