A core part of the role is leading complex, enterprise‑scale change programs across GBS/SSC/BPO environments. You will combine strong consulting skills with hands‑on knowledge of leading finance technologies, including platforms such as BlackLine, Trintech, HighRadius, Celonis, RPA and Intelligent Automation, to design digital solutions, guide stakeholders through change, and deliver scalable, technology‑enabled improvements.
