Qualifictions: - Manages incoming phone calls and emails - Maintains CHHA Schedule - Conducts comprehensive client intakes - Ensures timely and accurate data entry of client information - Schedules CHHA team members for both on and off campus clients/residents - Review agreements with clients and obtain signatures - Minimum of two (2) years related experience in a health care setting, preferably home care, long term care, or hospital - PC literate with knowledge of payroll and scheduling software - Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced atmosphere - Demonstrates strong communication and relationship building skills - Availability for evening and weekend on-call hours to handle emergencies is essential Benefits And Perks: EOE - FellowshipLIFE is an equal opportunity employer.
