Responsibilities: Coordinates the work activities and schedules at satellite facilities. Recruits, hires, orients and supervises clinic staff. Evaluates performance and implements disciplinary actions. Builds a cohesive and functional team within assigned clinic or department. Handles various personnel matters including forms and procedures as required. Builds and maintains a work environment that reflects a positive atmosphere, high employee satisfaction, competence and strong evidence of teamwork. Participates in the development and implementation of long-range plans and budgets (both capital and operating). Monitors and controls clinic expenditures within budget. Provides monthly analysis of financial results.Serves as liaison between clinic, internal support departments, external stakeholders: i.e. referral sources, referral targets, external vendors.
