What You’ll Be Doing: The Customer Communications Specialist is responsible for creating and managing high-quality, customer-focused content across email, SMS and App push notifications. This role builds campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), drives performance through reporting and analysis, and collaborates with stakeholders to deliver strategic uplift. While this is an individual contributor role, it requires senior-level expertise and ownership of content execution across multiple channels. This role also manages a portfolio of verticals, ensuring alignment with specific vertical objectives and contributes directly to achieving QS and revenue targets for the Customer Communications team, reinforcing its strategic importance.
