POSITION SUMMARY: The Business Process Manager (BPM) will support enterprise-wide process and systems transformation across multiple value streams (GTM, Finance, Operations, Partner, Support). This role sits within the Global Business Process team under the COO organization and serves as a key bridge between business stakeholders and the Business Systems Group (BSG). The role helps standardize communication, resolve conflicting requirements, and foster effective interactions between business teams and technical teams.
