Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Staff Engineer to join our dynamic MarTech team. In this leadership role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and scaling our core marketing technology platform. You will leverage your deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture to build robust and efficient solutions. You will also provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering team members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software. This role requires a strong technical foundation, proven leadership capabilities, and a passion for building innovative MarTech solutions.
