As a Leadership Development Program Coordinator , you will mentor and empower young adults through structured leadership training and experiential learning. As part of our Specialized Programming team, you will design and facilitate leadership workshops, supervise participants, and lead wilderness experiences that build resilience, teamwork, and confidence. This role plays a critical part in preparing the next generation of camp leaders while upholding the YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg’s core values.
