What We Expect: - Planning and implementing promotions, activities and tailor made programs specific to customers - Controlling and following up the execution standards through market visits, understanding customer needs & priorities and take actions accordingly - Planning annual budget according to customer expectations and profit objectives of the company - Applying new implementations in line with new trends and shopper behavior - Enhancing and differentiating customer’s product portfolio through trial of proper products. - Prompting related functions to meet the needs of customer and consumer in terms of new product and packaging launches and pursuing the process to be completed - Planning recommendations and activities based on BW, B2B, Nielsen, HTP data to reach channel KPIs - Providing coordination between customer plans and regions - Contributing to process improvement projects - Working in harmony with cross functional teams, leading processes for the development of e-commerce business (marketing, logistics, s...
