We are currently looking for a Performance Manager to join us remotely. This is a remote based role in New Jersey/Philadelphia Area and requires the ability to travel >50%. The Performance Manager maintains strong customer satisfaction and retention of Axalta’s customers within a territory. Working with a high sense of urgency, the Performance Manager demonstrates ownership and accountability to foster the customer’s long-term success by ensuring that all elements of the agreement are delivered.
