Position Profile: Ticketing Operations Seasonal Assistant Department: Ticket Operations Reports to: Director of Fan Data Systems & Director of Ticket Operations Status: Seasonal, Hourly JOB SUMMARY: The Ticketing Operations Assistant will support ticketing and analytics in all areas related to ticketing operations, ticket sales lead identification and service, and game day/event execution. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop a thorough understanding of ticketing systems and software to assist the Ticket Operations team as needed. - Assist in processing and fulfillment of ticket orders and provide basic ticket reporting. - Assist ticket office staff with written and verbal communications to Season Ticket Members and fans. - Develop working knowledge of all ticketing hardware and assist with its continual maintenance and oversight. - Assist with identifying and segmenting potential customers for all performance marketing purposes.
