- Program Manager/CTM Job Description: - The Program Manager/CTM will oversee and supervise staff assigned to this contract, including transition in and out as described in PWS section 5. The Contractor shall ensure that the task is performed efficiently, accurately, on time, and in compliance with the requirements. The Contractor shall coordinate as necessary with the COR to ensure that the task is managed consistently with overall contract requirements.
