Work Arrangement This is an onsite position. Job Overview: The Supply Chain Compliance & Subcontract Lead is responsible for ensuring that all supply chain and subcontracting activities comply with applicable regulations, internal policies, and customer requirements while leading complex subcontract strategies and execution. The role partners with legal, contracts, quality, program management, and operations to manage risk, drive supplier performance, and support program objectives across the lifecycle from proposal through closeout. Essential Functions: - Lead development, negotiation, award, administration, and closeout of complex subcontracts in support of multiple programs (development, production, and sustainment). - Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, company policies, customer flow-downs, export controls, and other regulatory requirements across all subcontracting and purchasing activities. - Interpret prime contract terms and conditions and flow relevant clauses, specifications, and wage or regulatory determinations to suppliers at all tiers. - Establish and maintain subcontract files, documentation, and approvals in accordance with internal procedures, CPSR expectations, and...
