POSITION SUMMARY: ROWE is currently looking for Planner I to join our team. This position will play a big role in growing our Planning team and will work under the supervision and guidance of a Senior Planner. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Updating/drafting a variety of community plans in areas such as land use, parks and recreation, zoning, and downtown development. - Providing support during public engagement in all phases of Master Plan development. - Assisting with municipal clients in zoning administration and compliance. - Reviewing development applications for consistency with zoning ordinance standards. - Research and report writing. - Map making in Arc Map...
