Job description

Heritage Health Network (HHN) Build the Systems That Power Better Care Join Heritage Health Network as a Cloud Systems & Data Administrator and play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing the technology and data infrastructure that supports our care teams and members. In this role, you will own cloud systems, data integrity, and reporting infrastructure, ensuring our platforms are secure, reliable, and scalable. You’ll work cross-functionally with operations, clinical, billing, and executive leadership to deliver accurate, actionable data that drives decision-making and improves outcomes for the communities we serve. What You’ll Do: Design, build, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS/Aurora) supporting healthcare systems and data workloads Own database environments including SQL performance, schema management, and RDS optimization Build and maintain data pipelines and integrations (APIs, ETL processes) across systems such as eClinicalWorks, Zoho, and RingCentral Implement and enforce cloud security controls aligned with HIPAA, HITECH, and PHI handling requirements Monitor system performance, troubleshoot infrastructure and data issues, and ensure high avai...
