Main responsibilities: - Implement, manage, and adopt an appropriate compliance framework within its perimeter for all non-compliance risks as defined in the Ayvens Code, including in terms of vocational training and culture and behavior issues. - Identify, evaluate, monitor and report identified compliance and reputation risks. - Analyzes the alerts generated as a result of the verification of the counterparty database versus the lists of persons/entities sanctioned by the competent international bodies or on internal monitoring lists. - Analyzes and issues opinions on KYX applications that are at higher risk, as well as sensitive operations for which Ayvens structures are aware of a potential risk of non-co...
