As a Key Holder, you’re a trusted leader on the ground, keeping operations running smoothly, supporting your team, and ensuring every customer leaves with that signature EL shine. What You’ll Own: - Own the day (start to finish) Open and close the site with precision—secure, prepped, and ready to deliver a strong day. - Lead from the front Set the standard for cleanliness, safety, and performance—your presence drives the energy of the site. - Protect the standard Conduct daily inspections to ensure equipment, safety, and presentation meet EL expectations. - Keep the operation moving Jump into troubleshooting and hands-on support to keep everything running efficiently. - Deliver standout experiences Handle customer questions or concerns quickly, professionally, and with care. - Manage the flow Keep traffic moving and service levels high—even during peak times. - Communicate with clarity Keep customers and team members informed, especially during downtime or service interruptions. - Drive continuous improvement Share feedback, ideas, and opportunities to ele...
