Located in Winter Park, FL, this position is responsible for: Providing Personal Care: Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Behavioral Support: Implement behavior management plans and support individuals in developing coping strategies. Skill Development: Facilitate skill-building activities, including social skills, communication, and life skills training. Crisis Intervention : Recognize signs of distress and de-escalate situations effectively and safely. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client progress, incidents, and daily activities. Transportation: Assist clients with transportation to appointments, community activities, or school.
