About the Role: Mytra is seeking a Director of Customer Deployment & Sustainment to lead end-to-end execution and lifecycle ownership of our customer deployments. This leader will own the strategy, execution framework, external partnerships, and operational excellence of bringing Mytra systems from pre-deployment readiness through commissioning, go-live, and long-term sustainment. This role operates at the intersection of Operations, Hardware, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and Field Services.
