What You'll Do: - Take ownership of daily Environmental Services operations , creating a clean, safe, and compliant environment for patients, visitors, and staff. - Support an exceptional patient experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness across key areas including the emergency department, ICU, surgical suites, and ancillary spaces. - Lead, coach, and develop a dedicated EVS team, reinforcing infection prevention practices, safety standards, and proper use of equipment and chemicals. - Drive performance and efficiency by managing schedules, inventory, and resources while meeting qual...
