Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Approaching work with a Continuous Improvement (CI) mindset, and engaging in Model Dairy Mission Statement to identify, value, prioritize, resource and sustain improvement opportunities. - Owning and promoting a Safety Culture by ensuring a safe work environment and promoting proper safety behavior. - Excellent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position. - Maintain quality standards for all products packaged using good manufacturing practices. - Maintain highest efficiency possible based on standards set by company policy. - Setup, operate and sanitize liquid dairy filling machinery to meet production schedule and according to company policies and procedures. - Maintain proper weights, code dates, quantity ordered, top and bottom leak detection check, and gable seal checks on all products bottled. - Taste all products to be bottled prior to starting that run for good, clean flavor. - Sanitize filler every 30 minutes. - Check butterfat of all white milk products prior to run. - Initiate repair of machinery. - Maintain accurate records of all production run time, weight, downtime, temperature of products run, and pack...
