Forklift Operator II: Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and safety‑focused Forklift Operator II to support daily warehouse operations in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. This role requires strong forklift skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines. The ideal candidate is certified, dependable, and comfortable working in tight spaces with heavy equipment. Compensation & Shift Schedule: - Pay Rate: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour - Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM - Annual Bonuses & Merit Increases Key Responsibilities: - Safely operate sit‑down and stand‑up forklifts - Load and unload heavy power equipment and materials - Store and retrieve materials using pallet racking systems (including tight spaces) - Review new orders in SAP for accuracy and schedule daily production - Create, organize, file, and distribute work instructions as needed - Assist with improving shipping and warehouse processes - Use RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory tracking - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area - Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills & Experience: - 5...
