Qualifications: - Minimum of one (1) year related experience preferred. - Proficiency in the English language required. Possess ability to follow written and oral instructions required. - Self motivated and possess ability to work effectively in a team environment and with a diverse customer and coworker population required. - Prior experience answering phones and responding to pages preferred. - Possess knowledge of the proper use of commercial equipment and devices preferred. - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. - CPR may be required per assigned area(s). - To be eligible for the Driver portion of the position: - Current Driver’s License required. - Driving record for the previous thirty-six (36) months must not reflect any major d...
