Overview The Application Systems Analyst provides support for all systems that exist within the Revenue Cycle/Patient Management Solution portfolio for PAM Health. This position will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with the PAM Health Business Owners of the solutions within the portfolio as the IS Business Partner. Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to delivery at the highest level of quality. This is an exempt position. Up to 70% travel required. Responsibilities: I. Job Responsibilities: · Data analysis, both charges and clinical · Application specific tasks such as combines, ADT analysis and troubleshooting (room class changes, billing corrections) · Design documentation and education materials specific to Charge Entry and personnel that utilize ADT entry · Create training classes and be able to lead them · Manage incidents from Service desk software · Report writing (not programming) · Coordinates and manages projects associated with portfolio solutions II.
