Your Specific Responsibilities: This is a highly responsible and independent public health position which functions as the Public Health Preparedness (PHP) Planner for Holmes and Washington County Health Departments. Employee will adhere to Florida Department of Health Information Security policies and procedures, key custodian for assigned areas. Develop and maintain Holmes and Washington CHD “All Hazards” Emergency Operations Plans, annexes, and associated documents.
