Background: Navanti is seeking an Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation (AM&E) Specialist to support a U.S. government customer by designing, implementing, and refining assessment frameworks that measure the effectiveness of operations, activities, and investments across the African AOR. The specialist will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to integrate qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate progress toward strategic objectives, inform resource allocation, and improve operational outcomes. The selected candidate will support both classified and unclassified analytical efforts, contributing to the development of decision-quality assessment products that provide clear insight into mission impact and effectiveness.
