We are looking for Veterinary Care Concierges to join our VCA Urgent Care Animal Hospital in Salt Lake City, UT. At VCA Animal Hospitals Urgent Care – Sugar House, the Care Concierge plays a vital role in accomplishing our vision! The Care Concierge is the primary point of contact for a client during an Urgent Care visit, helping to set expectations and ensure goals are met prior to checkout. This client service-based role serves as the liaison between a client and the medical team. The Care Concierge sets the pace of our in-hospital experience. Successful Concierges quickly establish credibility and trust with clients, can manage multiple processes of the client journey, and bring pace and enthusiasm. The clients are appreciative that there is a way for their pets to get the urgent care they need every day.
