Job description

SMX is looking for a Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) POC to join the team in support of the NAWCAD IT Enterprise Engineering, Operations, and Hosting Support Services program. This position provides onsite support to our government client in Patuxent River, MD. NMCI Team Support duties include: - Capturing and entering data in spreadsheets/databases - Documenting findings - Tracking tasks to completion - Reporting unusual outcomes of daily tasks to higher level employees - Assisting other team members with computer hardware/software tasks - Additional administrative support duties as required Required Skills & Experience: - Clearance Required: Secret - Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of experience performing work related to the labor category functional description - An associate’s degree and 2 additional years of experience or 4 additional years of experience may be accepted in lieu of the degree - Knowledge of computer hardware and software - Written/oral communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft products - Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS - Strong attention to detail of identified data elements - Ability to work as a member of a team - Strong work ethic, commitment to producin...
