Job Title Senior Maintenance Technician, Multifamily Stratford Ridge (http://www.stratfordridgeapartments.com/): Job Description Summary: The Senior Maintenance Technician provides support to the Property Manager and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our residents. This includes quality move-ins, residential satisfaction, supervising vendors and contractors, and personal attention to the resident. The Senior Maintenance Technician responds to our residents' service needs and is instrumental in helping Cushman & Wakefield deliver superior customer service to our residents. Job Description ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Prepares make ready apartments, which may include painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, general repairs, housekeeping duties, and any necessary duties to provide our residents with that quality move in experience. Assists Property Manager with maintaining either daily, weekly, or monthly inspection logs on mechanicals’ & equipment including inspections.
