Roto-Rooter is seeking an experienced estimator with insurance claims experience to join our fast-growing water restoration team for our West Regional team. This is a full-time position based out of our Arizona Call Center located in Tempe, AZ. The hourly range for this position is $23.00-$25.00, depending on experience and you will also have the opportunity for a performance-based bonus. Responsibilities: - Use Xactimate estimating software to write detailed water restoration estimates for residential and commercial customers. - Maintain communication with customers and insurance adjusters. - Submit estimates to insurance companies for payment. - Follow established billing and collections procedures.
