Job Purpose or Objective(s): As the Lead Butler, you will ensure successful implementation of all operational projects maintaining integrity of relationships to ensure outstanding guest experiences and maximizing revenue internally and through commissionable channels. You will report to the Player Development Director. Primary Tasks: 1. You will attend to guest needs to include, but not limited to, preparing for the guest arrival, being available upon guest arrival, attending to the guest during their stay, assisting guest during their departure. 2. Arrange for personal services including, but not limited to, dining reservations, spa reservations, laundry services (washing, pressing, etc.), packing/unpacking luggage, food/meal preparation, food and beverage service, communicate with Executive Host/Casino MOD that guest gaming preferences have been arranged and secured, and other personal needs as requested at all times with the intention to offer the best level of services.
