Description Primary Accountabilities: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR & Recruiting Specialist to join our team! The Recruiting & HR Specialist is responsible for leading local recruitment efforts while supporting core human resources functions across Prairie Band, LLC and its subsidiary companies. This role will manage the full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on building strong local talent pipelines, while also serving as a backup to benefits administration and assisting with day-to-day HR operations. This position plays a key role in attracting, engaging, and retaining talent, while ensuring HR processes are executed efficiently and in compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
