Job Purpose The Junior Compensation Analyst supports global compensation processes, ensuring the timely completion of tasks by global stakeholders. The role involves participating in COE Reward recurring tasks such as data submission to external vendors and data preparation for internal analytics. The Junior Compensation Analyst provides continuous support to COE Rewards stakeholders and ensures that the compensation framework information stored in our HRIS system remains current.
