Job Description: - Ensure a regular program of communication, education and support to residents that keeps the flow of new members and existing members growing in both numbers and quality. Involve other Jobs-Plus program departments as appropriate to achieve these goals - - Regularly engage with the community partner staff and residents of New York City Housing communities on Staten Island. - Communicate regularly with the Career Advisors and employment coordinator about local partners who can provide services to jobseekers with barriers to employment. - Enter and analyze data from community questionnaires and surveys to report community needs, trends, new community support for work initiatives, and resident requests for employment, training, and other resources. - Strategically collaborate and coordinate with the outreach team, leaders, and...
