Job Summary Our Intensive Home-Based Treatment Team is expanding! Positions available for East and West sides of Cuyahoga County. Please indicate preference when applying. The Intensive Home-Based Treatment Therapist will provide intensive services to a small caseload of 5-6 youth, that are diagnosed with emotional and/or behavioral problems, and their families, with the goal of either preventing out-of-home placement or facilitating a successful transition back to the home. The IHBT Therapist is responsible for assessment, diagnosis, individual and family counseling, therapeutic behavioral support/care coordination, and crisis intervention and stabilization. Services are provided within the community and home. Smaller caseloads allow for more personal attention to individual clients to promote improved outcomes. Salary Range - $60,380-$78,185 with IHBT premium. Job Qualifications: - Master’s degree in Social Work, or Counseling with a minimum of LSW/LPC.
