Description Overview: We’re hiring a hands-on Senior IT Systems Administrator to lead on-site IT operations at our Aurora, CO printed circuit board manufacturing facility (~230 employees), supporting a broader U.S. organization of ~800 employees. This is a “player-coach” role: you’ll own site IT, work directly with users (including on the production floor), and oversee an outsourced IT helpdesk to ensure fast, high-quality support. You should be equally comfortable troubleshooting at a desk, on a manufacturing line, or coordinating escalations with external partners.
