Position Summary Acuren is currently recruiting for an Electrical Transmission and Distribution Inspector to support our operation in Torrance, California. The Electrical Transmission and Distribution Inspector is responsible for inspecting and verifying the construction, maintenance, and operation of overhead and underground electrical systems to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations. This role involves both office and field work, requiring strong technical knowledge and physical capability to work in various outdoor environments. This role supports utility reliability, wildfire mitigation, and public safety by identifying condition issues, compliance violations, and potential hazards.Candidates must be knowledgeable in GO 95 and GO 165 inspection standards, with a proven background in field inspection, construction, or maintenance of utility assets.
